In the standard-issue atmdrvMod.F90, the array ndaypm() does not allow for 29-day Februaries if the "gregorian" calendar option is invoked in the namelist. The same problem exists in STATICEcosysDynMod.F90.
Minor bug: standard clm3 doesn't allow for leap years
