Hi,I just started to learn to use CESM1.2.1. One simple case I tried to test is: create_newcase -mach *** -compset B_2000_CAM5 -res f19_s11 -case testModel setup and build work well on my machine. I submitted a short run. It stops after 1 min. It seems that problem is due to intial data problem. The error message in cesm.log.*** is :Opened existing file
 //home/disk/antarc/qinghua/CESM/input/lnd/clm2/initdata/clmi.BCN.2000-01-01_1.9
 x2.5_gx1v6_simyr2000_c100309.nc     1572864
 check_dim ERROR: mismatch of input dimension         5663  with expected value
        5623  for variable gridcell
 ENDRUN: called without a message string

Any suggestion to solve this problem will be greatly appreciated.BestQinghua
