missing input data F_1850-PDAY_CAM5

Hello,   - I am trying to compile the a case using the F_1850-PDAY_CAM5 component set.  I am missing some input data files and when I run  ./check_input_data -inputdata /scratch/d/djones/edyer/cesm/inputdata -exportI get a long list of files which can't be found:

If I search for these manually they also don't seem to exist - is this an old component set, are these no longer available?
 - A somewhat unrelated question: in env_run does that start date count from 1850 - so is 0001 equal to 1850 and so on? Thanks a lot, Ellen
