Dear scientists,
I am trying to create my own surface dataset and I encountered an error whlie it was creating the map file for 10x10min_IGBPmergeICESatGIS. I browsed relevant posts on the forum and found the same error in the post below.
I try to modify the REGRID_PROC, but it didn't work after I followed the command "time env REGRID_PROC=8". It seems that there is a new CTSM tag that brings in the fixes so that mkmapdata.sh will work, but I just can't find it. Please forgive me for not being familiar with the code and CTSM. Could you please show me the CTSM tag mentioned above? What more, I am using ESMF7.0.2 now, should I update ESMF to version 8?
