HelloI am running on CESM2.1 on Cheyenne for the following compset: HIST_DATM%GSWP3v1_CLM50%BGC_CICE_POP2_RTM_CISM2%NOEVOLVE_SWAVUsing new mapping files/input files that I have generated for a new Last Glacial Maximum (paleo) case we are developing.All componets initialise but the model fails at the stage called: domain checking. I have attached all my log files. I can see from CESM2.1 webpage that is checking with CIME.When I have added extra output to be printed to the log file: the models fails when it compares the ocn (pop) and ice (CICE) domain mask and that they are different. However: in I am not sure what 'mask' it is comparing. In my case both the kmt_file and horiz_grid file are the same for the ocn/ice domainAny help would be great.
