N2O emission in WACCM3

I am investigating the influence of N2O emission in East Asia on stratospheric ozone. I want to design an experiment with an increase in N2O emission. However, the lower boundary condition of N2O in LBC_Scen=A1b data is a globally constant value. Do you have any idea about how to modify the N2O emission? Thanks a lotJiankai

Unfortunately, NCAR no longer has the resources to support WACCM3, which was replaced 3 years ago by WACCM4 as part of the CESM1 release in June 2010.

Thanks for your reply. I am wondering whether the latest version WACCM or CESM can make the modification in N2O emission in Eas Asia possible. By the way, in the WACCM3, I notice that the "trop_mozart" module would use the spatial N2O emission as the inputdata. However, the vertical resolution of the "trop_mozart" module is coarse and cannot reproduce the stratosphere ozone well. On the other hand, in the "waccm_mozart" module, the N2O emission in LBC_Scen=A1b data is a globally constant value.

In CESM1(WACCM), the lower boundary condition for N2O is specified by a time-varying zonal mean input file (time, lat). It may be possible to use a file with longitudinal resolution (time, lat, lon). Would a zonal mean input suit your purposes?
