need restart file for 0.1 deg coupled simulation (restart file for B-compset with tx0.1v2 POP grid)

Now I want to run the 0.1 deg( with pop grid tx0.1v2 , atm grid is at liberty) coupled simulation (B compset) with the CESM1.0.4 or newer version.
However I found that it can only start from "startup" station, which is so expensive for me to get a quasi-equilibrium.
So would someone have finished the 0.1deg quasi-equilibrium run and share the restart files with me?Thanks.

I finds that there is a dataset hybrid_v5_rel04_BC5_ne120_t12_pop62 from "CESM simulation from ASD" which is 0.1deg ocean simulation (https://www.earthsystemgrid.org/dataset/ucar.cgd.asd.output.html).
This is the High-resolution CESM simulation from the Accelerated Scientific Discovery Phase of Yellowstone: High-frequency-output extension which is Atmosphere,Land,Ocean,River,Ice History Data(Daily and Monthly Averages). So whether can I get the restart file of this simulaton? And how?

Thanks. zedong2014-05-05

Dear mai,Thank you very much.Firstly, v5_rel04_BC5_ne120_t12_pop62 is the spin-up state, and hybrid_v5_rel04_BC5_ne120_t12_pop62 is the main integration from the spin-up state, is it right? Would you give me some detailed descriptions for these simulations?
I have downloaded some history files of hybrid_v5_rel04_BC5_ne120_t12_pop62, and its ocean vertical grid is 62 cells, but as far as I know, in present existed versions (ccsm4,or cesm1.0, or 1.1,or 1.2) its t12 grid is 42 only. So how you make your simulation using ccsm/cesm? Is it a version which I cannot get Or some others? But I have noticed that you use ccsm4 to simulate.((,)) NOW If I want to use cesm1.0.4, then how to do it just for ocean vertical grid? And there is another question: how long it will get an eqilibrium or quasi-eqilibrium state for ocean in your simulations? If these questions have not been resolved, I really don't know which restart file I should choose? Thanks again.
