A new version of the ocean diagnostics package is available at https://svn-ccsm-release.cgd.ucar.edu/model_diagnostics/ocn/pop2/popdiag_rel_20120619/. Two exciting new features are included! The scripts have been completely re-written so they only depend on NCL, and if you choose, you can run using Swift (which can run certain commands and processes in parallel making the scripts run faster). Note that there are 2 README files: general instructions (README.pdf) and instructions specifically for Swift (README-SWIFT.pdf). One disclaimer: the zonal averaging tool may not work on some high resolution data (0.1 degree ocean). We are currently working to fix this problem.
