Nitrogen: Corp product to crop uptake ratio

Hi,

I'm using a new version of CTSM(dev163) to simulate the crop nitrogen uptake (100% corn) and compared to the old version (dev108), I found that the Nitrogen has increased a lot in crop product but the crop uptake hasn't changed much. I'm wondering how the CLM determine the product mass and what changes were made in the new version causing this difference. Thank you!

There are two places where you can read about changes to the model:
1) doc/ChangeLog in your version of the code
2) Answer changing tags

Also I can think of two places where you could learn about how the model calculates variables of interest:
1) The user's guide
2) Looking at the code itself
