not bit-for-bit the same history output field when I do a restart run (set CONTINUE_RUN = True)

HI,

I am running CESM2.1.3 with composet FWSC2000, in the middle of run I stopped it for some reason, and the restart file was generated. But after I restarted it and only set CONTINUE_RUN = True,and ./case.submit, I found the output files differ a lot from that generated before. In the atm.log, only the fist step(nstep, te 1576801) it print the same infomation.What should I do to make the restart run output the same file as before? Or it doesn't matter?

It's possible that when you interrupted the run, out of sync or incomplete restart files existed. If you have a set of
earlier restart files, try using those. You can find restart files in your archive directory.
