Ocean module in cesm2.1.3 stuck

Dear all,

Recently I'm porting cesm2.1.3. I create a newcase to test the model. My compset is F2000climo. But the ocn component is stuck when I run this model.

You can see the cpl.log always keep the statue of "Initialize component ocn". I don't know why. Any idea?
The attachment is cesm.log.cpl.log and ocn.log

No clues in your log files, have you tried running with DEBUG=TRUE?
How about attaching to a debugger so that you can see where it is stuck?

I replace the inputdata of ocn model. And it work,now!

Hi, I have met the same problem, the model gets stuck in ocn init.
Which file should be replaced? Is it "pop.ro"?

You should look through your ocn.log and you will find specifical file you want to repair.
