Of interest to this community: there is an upcoming workshop jointly organized by CLIVAR-OMDP, COMMODORE, and NSF-NCAR, which will bring together the interested communities to discuss ocean model developments, numerical methods, data-driven parameterizations, and machine learning in global and regional ocean models. The four-day workshop will be followed by a special day dedicated to celebrating the accomplishments of Dr. Frank Bryan and the 50th anniversary of the Oceanography Section of the NSF-NCAR.
