Overestimated soil temperatures in winter

Dear all

I use CLM coupled with Regional Climate Model RegCM over region of West Siberia. I was interested in soil temperatures and found that CLM extremly overestimate it in winter period.
I attach plot with comparing of model results and reanalys. It is temperature of the first soil layer. As you can see CLM winter soil temperatures is extremly hot for Siberia.
At the same time, surface and air temperatures are reasonable.

Is anybody else faced this problem? What could be a reason of this mismatch?
Thanks for any help and references.

Best Regards,
