permission denied for input data on Yellowstone

Hi

I'm trying to run CLM offline for just a few months (compset I_2000 at 0.9x1.25_0.9x1.25 resolution) on yellowstone, but it seems the inputdata checker cannot find an input file called: domain.lnd.fv0.9x1.25_USGS.110713.nc

The build script then attempts to download the missing inputdata file to the path where are the input data are stored, which I don't have permission to access so it just stops the download. I checked to see if the file trying to be downloaded is present but it doesn't exist at /glade/p/cesm/cseg/inputdata/atm/datm7/domain.clm/domain.lnd.fv0.9x1.25_USGS.110713.nc

Am I missing some flag I need to specify? Should I be setting the DIN_LOC_ROOT variables to something other than /glade/p/cesm/cseg/inputdata/atm/datm7/ ?

Any help would be appreciate.

Dear Ahmed,

Erik Kluzek will contact you once he makes the file available and corrects the permissions.

Also, in response to another question of yours:
We do not have spun up initial conditions for 0.23x0.31_0.23x0.31, nor do we know anyone who may have such initial conditions.

Sam

Thank you both for answering my questions and remedying my issues so quickly.
I may go ahead and spin-up a 0.23x0.31_0.23x0.31 run. Or I may interpolate the 0.9x1.25_0.9x1.25 initial file to 0.23x0.31_0.23x0.31 and then run that for a shorter time period. Thanks again.
