Porting HLC-LINUX-CLUSTER

Hi everyone

I need a help with a corting of a cluster (see above) which has this characteristics Software and libraries

• compilers

Compilers GNU: gfortran, gcc y g++Compilers Intel: ifort, icc y icpc

• Paralelization MPI program:

Compilers GNU: mpif90, mpifcc y mpicxxCompilers Intel: mpiifort, mpiicc y mpiicpc

• LIbraries and software:

NetCDF, HDF, NCL, Octave, GrADS y Ferret

So, I need a porting code, for this machine and I'm not pretty sure how to do that or which compilers of this cluster I must use for CESM1_2_2

Can anybody help me with this step, I was trying to do it by my own, but it's really difficult for me.
