Problem building the CESM in single column mode

Hi,
I am trying to build a cesm case in my server. I encountered a problem in building the SCAM case for cesm. I am using netcdf library version 4.7.3 and cesm2.0.1.
During the build, it shows lot of undefined reference error. I have attached the cesm.bld.log and Macros.make file.

Are you defining NETCDF_PATH in your environment? I see that the libraries should be added according to the Macros file but are not showing up in the buildlog. You should update to the latest release cesm2.1.2 which will give you the same functionality with the latest bug fixes and improvements.
I think that this is an issue that has been addressed since the 2.0.1 release.
