Problem in creating the surface data

I am trying to create my own regional surface data with 0.01 degree resolution. I first used "./mknoocnmap.pl -p 35.0372,244.4235 -name Mojave -dx 0.44 -dy 0.51 -nx 44 -ny 51" to create the SCRID and used ./mkmapdata.sh to get the mapping files. But when I was at the last step (./mksurfdata.pl), error shows the mapping file map_1km-merge-10min_HYDRO1K-merge-nomask_to_Mojave_nomask_aave_da_c170215.nc :frac_a out of bounds. Then I found the variable "frac_a" in this mapping file had lots of value greater than 2 (fraction can not be greater than 1). What should I do?ThanksShaoqing
