Problems running B_2000 and F_2000 compsets

I get the same error while running few different compsets (B_2000, F_2000 and F_2000_WACCM). The crash happens apparently while reading input files but the input files seem to be fine. I attached a log from running B_2000 compset but F_2000 produces very similar error. I tested X and S compsets, they seem to run okay.Any suggestions?

You are getting a malloc error, I'm not sure that it has anything to do with input files.  Have you checked your ulimits?In particular ulimit -s  should be unlimited.

Thanks, Jim, but setting ulimit -s to unlimited didn't solve the problem.
