Problems with custumed atmospheric forcings in clm5.0

I can't help with this anymore sorry. Maybe someone else can help. It's really up to you to investigate problems associated with customized atmospheric forcing and comparison to observations/reanalysis. One thing to keep in in mind though is consistency when comparing forcing (air) temperature and in situ temperature (which could be either air or surface temperature, I don't what CLDAS LST represents).
