PTS_MODE_error

I was trying to run a single point using global datasets (PTS_MODE) and things was correct up-to case.submit step. In the case.submit step, i am receiving these two errors that are highlighted:
Setting Environment NETCDF_PATH=/usr/local
Setting Environment PNETCDF_PATH=/usr/local
Setting Environment FPATH=/usr/lib64
Setting Environment CPATH=/usr/lib64
Setting resource.RLIMIT_STACK to -1 from (-1, -1)

You need to look at this log file to see why the run failed:

Thank you for your response, this is the log file you but i couldn't figure out the problem. Can you please look at it.

Yeah, the error message isn't very useful. I would look at the other log files to see if there is any more information on the error.
You could also run in DEBUG mode which might provide more information.
