I've been porting CESM2.1.3 to the ARC4 machine at University of Leeds. I have run the UF and POP ensemble simulations, and appear to have added the metadata using the addmetadata.sh tool, however when I upload them to the website I get the following error:
ERROR
ECT metadata not found/incorrectly formatted.
Please run the addmetadata.sh script as described at
the following link: CESM2 Python Tools
Error: CESM VERSION IN METADATA SET IMPROPERLY
Metadata retrieved from: uf.camcase.cesm_tag.000.cism.initial_hist.0001-01-01-00000.nc
Metadata found:
When check the nc files, I can see that the metadata is there, so I'm unsure what's the issue and how to proceed with this. I have attached the headers from ncdump. I tried it a couple of times so the history field has multiple entries.
