Questions about POP heat budget terms

Hello, everyone.Recently I need to analyze the heat budget of the ocean and find the required physical quantity in the variables output by POP.I need the temperature budget terms (such as horizontal advection, vertical advection and so on) in the ocean, and I found that UET, VNT and WTT may be advection items. I’m not sure, because I have seen other items, such as SUBM_ADV_TEND_TEMP. I haven't found the diffusion term in the heat budget equation. Is there no default output for POP? And which items do I need?
