reference height in the calculation of water vapor flux

Hello everyone,

I have a question about how CLM calculates water vapor flux which is then used to derive latent heat flux: the CLM documentation (Chapter 5) introduces the equations the model uses to calculate water vapor flux (E) and they all have the term, atmospheric specific humidity (q_atm); I wonder if the reference height for those equations is 2 meters? Or in other words, does q_atm here correspond to the specific humidity at 2 meters?

q_atm is the atmospheric specific humidity at the forcing height (at the lowest layer of the atmospheric model)
