Reference simulation climatologies

Hi, I want to run a reference case on our machine and compare it to a known good run done at NCAR, for the purpose of scientific validation. I know I can download data from ESGF but to run the AMWG package I'm quite sure I need monthly climatologies from CAM (i.e. all variables in each monthly file). Is there a directory where these climatology files sit that is accessible to people outside NCAR? I'm running CESM2.1.3 and am thinking of the B1850 and FHIST compsets, at 1x1. Thank you.

Thanks @jedwards. I might be missing something but that just gives me the diag package code. I'm after netcdf climatologies for known good simulations run at NCAR, so that when I run the equivalent simulations here I can put both through the diag package to create the plots and perform a scientific validation.
