Regarding CAM standalone initial file

 Hi, In case of CAM standalone model the values of the variables TSICE,SNOWICE,TS1,TS2,TS3,TS4 and SICTHK are all zeros in the initial condition file.What is their role or significance in creating the output history files?Does their values change anytime during the simulation?Please provide suggestions for my query.

I believe that TS1, TS2, TS3 and TS4 are no longer need to be in initial file.  They were used by the CAM standalone version of the CSIM4 component which was still an option in CAM4, but was removed in CAM5. They are there for historical reason. I am not sure about the other variables.
