Restart files for scientific supported compsets

Hi all, I am trying to spin up I1850CRUCLM45BGC which needs a simulation of 1000+ years. Is there any restart files already spun up that we could use, or is it scientificly invalid to do it this way? And another dumb quetion... The user's guide says that "In a startup run (the default), all components are initialized using baseline states". Is this "baseline states" a group of default restarting files, or arbitrary states generated within boundary condition? Somehow I failed to find infomation on it in user's guide and technical notes.   I would appreciate any of your help! Thanks! Guo
