Resubmit error for CAM5

Dear all,
I can perfectly run CAM5 but when i use a resubmit option I got a error :

RESUBMIT is now 1
./xmlchange: Command not found.
./xmlchange: Command not found.
qsub: Command not found.
ccsm_postrun error: problem sourcing tempres

please help me to figure out this.

Try resubmitting manually. It may be the compute node environment was not working.

it tried manually which work fine... I need make a long run.
