resubmit for PTS_MODE

Hi,

I was thinkging to run a single point using global forcing dataset. I tried PTS_MODE with resubmit=30; however, clm always stops after the first run with the error:
pio_support::pio_die:: myrank= -1 : ERROR: pionfget_mod.F90: 289 : NetCDF: Start+count exceeds dimension bound

So the question is whether resubmit can be used in pts mode or not? Or maybe its something to do with my machine or mdoel settings?
