Running 2015-2100, rather than 2000-2100

Hi,

I would like to do a transient run of CESM2.2.0 over the period 2015-2100 using SSP3-7.0. I plan to use a transient land use change scenario in CLM5 ('flanduse_timeseries'). However, the namelist setting 'sim_year_range' in CLM5 only permits running over the period 2000-2100. As I'm not interested in pre-2015 data, is it possible to override this?

The ISSP370Clm50BgcCrop, for example, should come out of the box with "RUN_STARTDATE" = "2015-01-01".
The associated landuse file is:
/glade/p/cesmdata/cseg/inputdata/lnd/clm2/surfdata_map/release-clm5.0.18/landuse.timeseries_0.9x1.25_SSP3-7.0_78pfts_CMIP6_simyr1850-2100_c190214.nc
So you should be able to run 2015-2100.
The 2000-2100 might have been associated with an older version of the model?
