Same segmentation fault error with "hare" occured at 5694 nstep

I don't understand why the segmentation fault occured at 5694 nstep while the error had not occured until 5693 nstep.

The machine used is IBM P595+ 5.0GHz 64way System.


Whole modified configuration list are following.
Compiler : mpxlf90_r
dynamics : finite volume
horizontal resolution : 601x1152
mode : hybrid mode
the others : default


And some namelist variables used are following.
dtime = 1800
mfilt(1) = 1
mefilt(2) = 4
nhtfrq(1) = 0
nhtfrq(2) = -6
inithist = 'MONTHLY"


I attached compile result log file ,configuration script ,job script file(including namelist file), and log file of model run.


How can I solve this problem?
Plese give me some advices.
