something wrong when I use CLM

I'm using the CLM5.0 model,after I used the command "./create_newcase --case fcama --compset I2010Clm50Sp --res f09_g17 --machine ubuntu --run-unsupported",then I got in the file of fcama to use "./case.setup",but it responded with error ---
