I'm working on reducing the build time for CESM2.2.2 by increasing the number of processors used for the build process. I've already attempted to speed things up by adjusting the GMAKE_J variable in the env_run.xml file of my script, but unfortunately, this hasn't yielded the desired results.
Has anyone had success with similar attempts to shorten build times? Any tips or insights would be greatly appreciated.
