Spin-up time for standalone CAM (F compset)

How long does it take the atmosphere to spin up in the standalone CAM4 (i.e., CAM build with prescribed monthly seasonal sea ice and SSTs in F component set) initialized with default climatological conditions?  I recall a reply to a similar query of a couple weeks, but am not sure if this pertains to the standalone CAM.

Thanks for the speedy reply!  Do you know of a reference for standalone CAM spin-up time (there are several for coupled configurations), or is it simply "common knowledge" among CESM users?

This paper might be a starting point, at least:Simmonds, I. (1985), Analysis of the “Spinup” of a general circulation model, J. Geophys. Res.,90(D3), 5637–5660, doi:10.1029/JD090iD03p05637.It isn't for CAM, but covers some of the basic issues associated with starting an atmospheric model from stationary, isothermal conditions (which is rarely how CAM gets started).
