Is there a reason an error is reported here, but the code is not terminated (endrun is not called)?

Seems like there should be an endrun call here. There is a planned future tag for some changes to PhotosynthesisMod.F90, we can add this in to that tag.

Thanks Keith! What's the solution for this error? It occurs when the calculated CO2 partial pressure at leaf surface is negative.

In theory, the error should really never occur in practice. If it does, I would suspect something wrong with the atmospheric forcing, or some code mods that are not robust perhaps. Once the endrun call is in place, the CLM test suite should point out any problems with the existing formulation under a wide range of conditions.
