The essential variables required in the CICE4

Hello, I would like to inquire about the essential variables required in the CICE4 restart files to drive the sea ice model. For example, to drive an atmospheric model, initial files must include variables like u, v, t, q, and ps; for an ocean model, variables such as ocean temperature, salinity, and current velocities are needed. What are the mandatory variables for driving the sea ice model, specifically the state variables in its governing equations?

Currently, I understand that the required variables might include aicen, hicen, hsnon, and Tsfcn, but I am not entirely certain. If possible, could you also provide the governing equations of the sea ice model? In the user manual, I saw the Ice Thickness Distribution (ITD) equation. Is this the sole governing equation for sea ice, or are there additional equations? I would greatly appreciate your clarification. Thank you very much!
