there is some variables that i can set to control the FLUX OF CO2 in CLM5.0 ?

IM RUNNING I SINGLE POINT IN CLM5 BUT THE FLUX OF CO2 THAT I OBTAINED IS ONE ORDER GREATER THAN THE MEASUREMENT ONE IN MY STATION, WHAT ARE THE VARIABLES I CAN SET TO OBTAIN A BETTER RESULT??
