To calculate the direct radiative forcing of BC

Hello!
I used CESM2.5 to simulate the radiative forcing of black carbon aerosols, following the method described at 9. Physics modifications via the namelist — camdoc documentation. However, I would like to know how to isolate the direct radiative forcing. What steps should I take to accomplish this? The compset is FHIST.
