Unreasonably cold climate with ETEST compset

Hi,

I'm using CESM2.1.1. I am running an experiment with ETEST compset and f19g16 grid. I'm most running the experiment under the default setting, except that I changed the vertical level number to 56. I also included a namelist file user_docn.streams.txt.som (attached).

The experiment initially had a near-equilibrium energy budget, but it seems the sea ice feedback step in soon and caused the climate to cool unreasonably. Some experiment settings are attached.

I understand that ETEST is not a supported compset. Just want to see if anyone happen to have the same issue. I also like to hear advice about other options to run a slab-ocean model, with Earth-like modern continents and SST not fixed, ideally with a supported compset.

Thank you!
