Using DICE with forcing from a previous simulation

Has anyone used DICE with the ice forcing set to be from a previous CESM simulation?

If so, do you think you might be willing to share with me your $CASEROOT directory (just the path would be great if on UCAR's GLADE filesystem)?

I'm trying to setup a C CompSet simulation using forcing from a previous run and am struggling with DICE.
