I am still new to CESM, could you please provide me some hints on how to creat domain and mapping files? I am going to run on ne120_ne120 resolution, so I will still need a 0.25 deg input file.

Your ocean domain is not consistent with your SSTs:docn.streams.txt.prescribed:            domain.ocn.1x1.111007.ncice_in: stream_domfilename = '/glade/p/cesmdata/cseg/inputdata/ocn/docn7/domain.ocn.1x1.111007.nc'

Hi Cecile,Thanks for your reply. Could you give me some adivce on how to fix that. How to change the domain file? I still need the input SSTs on 0.25x0.25, since that's the key to run the presricbed SST runs on the high resolution model. Thanks,Ying
