Ying - I still have my original case directory if you want to take a look and see if you notice something different:/glade/u/home/abaker/cesm1_1_0_rel04/scripts/FAMIPC5.ne120_ne120 Allison

Hi Allison,Thanks for your case directory.I have a question on the SST data used in the FAMIPC5.ne120_ne120. It is "sst_HadOIBl_bc_1x1_1850_2009_c101029.nc".This is SST data is on 1deg(lon)x1deg(lat) grid. How would the model take care to convert it to the 0.25degx0.25deg, and operatate as column in the SE dynamic core? Thanks,Ying

I tried to change the input bounday SST datasets to my own which is 0.25x0.25 resolution. The orginal SST is 1degx1deg, i.e., 360gridx180grid. My SST is 0.25degx0.25deg, i.e, 1152gridx768grid. And I got the error:742:INFO: 0031-306  pm_atexit: pm_exit_value is 1. 466:(shr_dmodel_readstrm) ERROR in data sizes     1152     768   64800466:(shr_sys_abort) ERROR: (shr_dmodel_readstrm) ERROR in data sizes(shr_dmodel_readstrm) ERROR in data sizes     1152     768   64800Do you have any adivce on it?my case directory is /glade/u/home/yingli/cesm_1_2_2/runs/f.F2000C5.ne120_ne120.test.001
