WACCM on Janus too slow

Hi,I ran an F-compset waccm simulation using an ocean dataset from a b compset run. I ran for a year just to initially test out the speed of the run. It took me a day to run a year of WACCM. This speed seems too slow, and too slow for sure for my research. I ran with 180 processors. Is there anyway to increase the speed on Janus? I tried more than 180 processors and the speed was roughly the same. Is there something I am doing wrong in my cesm setup? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
