I have question. Is it possible to run WACCM_X compsets in CESM2.2 version?

Yes, there are a few WACCM-X configurations defined in CESM2.2. See CESM2.2.0 Component Sets Definitions -- e.g., compsets with FX in their name include WACCM-X.
