Is it possible to have here the links to (all) the pdf user guides?
Normal model user guide, data model user guide. Scientific descriptions. Published papers ... etc etc ...
For example, now I am interested in the land data models available for the CESM1_2_0.

I will answer your first question. You will find all CESM documentation through links from this page:http://www2.cesm.ucar.edu/models/currentClick on the version of interest, then click on the model component of interest. Sam Levis
