Where can I download mapping file

Hello, I was trying to create my own surface_map file, and there is one mapping data needed:
ERROR: mapping file for this resolution does NOT exist (/gpfs/projects/climate/cesm/inputdata/lnd/clm2/mappingdata/maps/0.9x1.25/map_3x3min_MODIS-wCsp_to_0.9x1.25_nomask_aave_da_c160425.nc).
However, when I went to the https://svn-ccsm-inputdata.cgd.ucar.edu/trunk/inputdata/lnd/clm2/mappingdata/maps/0.9x1.25/, I haven't found this file, so I wonder where can I download this file?

I've put this file on our ftp site for now, we'll load it up on the repository later.

OK, that one and noticed these two were missing as well from that directory so added those as well...
