which .F90 files control input and output?

Hi, I wonder where the source code controlling inputs and outputs in CLM5, such that I could some input values that didn't exist before.

Any suggestions are appreciated! Thanks!

You'll have to be more specific about what input data you want to add. There are various ways that input data are read in by CLM. Most data on vegetation, soil, etc are read in from the surface dataset. Parameter-type data are read in from the parameter file. There are also data such as nitrogen deposition, population density, etc., that are read in using the "streams" capability.

Thanks for the reply. If I want to extend vegetation types of CLM and modify corresponding biophysical parameters, where can I find relevant F90 files referring to inputs and outputs except for modified surface dataset.
