Will output file be removed?

Hello,

When I checked the output of my previous cases, I found that the /glade/scratch/[my-user-name]/[my output directory/[case-name]/lnd/hist directory is empty for many cases. I didn't remember I delete those files (but it could be my wrong memory). Just want to ask if the output files located in scratch directory is permanent or it has the chance to be removed?

The /scratch directory has a scrubber that deletes files periodically.
