Will there be any error caused by the slight difference of surfdata between spin up and official running?

Dear scientists,
I successfully ran a I2000Clm50SpGs case for spinup using my own surfdata and got the restart file as the initial file for IHISTClm50SpGs case. The surfdata using for spin up and official running is actually the same file. But I found that my surfdata and landuse.timeseries data have NaNs in variable PCT_CFT as CLM reproted error "check_weights ERROR: at g =199 total PFT weight is NaN active_only = F ..." So I filled these NaN values in surfdata and landuse.timesers files and ran it again, but got another error:

(shr_stream_findBounds) ERROR: LVD not found, all data is after yearLast
ERROR: (shr_stream_findBounds) ERROR: LVD not found, all data is after yearLast

Note that the NaNs in PCT_CFT come from the grid that are not crop and I think it did not matter much. So I didn't spin up again. I wonder if this error is due to inconsistent surfdata between spin up and official running? In other words, is the error caused by inconsistent restart data(initial data) and surfdata? Can re spin-up solve the problem? If not, what is the reason for this error? The logfiles in detail are attached below.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

It looks like your error is coming from laiStreamMod.F90. You have the lai stream set as:

stream_year_first_lai = 2000
stream_year_last_lai = 2004
model_year_align_lai = 2000

Maybe your time variable on your lai streams file doesn't actually have those years on it.
