CESM2 post-processing on derecho

Is there support or a documented process for running CESM postprocessing on Derecho? Following the quickstart guide gives me an error at the 'create_postprocess' stage that looks just like this error, and running on Casper gives me 'ERROR: hostname "crhtc" is not currently supported' or similar if I try from casper-login. Since my core-hours are all transfered from Cheyenne I can not test it there.

The postprocessing scripts broke on Casper when the machine was migrated from SLURM to PBS -- besides changing the queue manager, I think new hostnames were introduced to differentiate the various node types. I'm not sure about the status on Cheyenne; I was under the impression (and you linked to an issue ticket indicating) that the scripts no longer worked there, but I believe @aswann2 has been able to run on Cheyenne recently. @dbailey is working on getting the scripts to run on Casper again and may lead directly to Derecho support, since those two machines are so similar now. A lot of the work going into these have happened in the week and a half since you first posted, but apologies for the delay in responding.

I guess we are now realizing how many people outside NCAR use the CESM Postprocessing. I would definitely like help on this. My working directory for casper is:

/glade/p/cesm/postprocessing_dav

I have the cesm-env2 environment built, but I am still struggling with the modules and environment. I hope to return to this next week.
