Change surface data in B1850 case

Hi everyone,

I want to change the land surface data in the second year (modifying PFT while conserving each grid). In the first year, we used surfdata_0.9x1.25_hist_78pfts_CMIP6_simyr1850_c190214.nc as the default land surface data. Therefore, we copied the modified data to surfdata_0.9x1.25_hist_78pfts_CMIP6_simyr1850_c190214.nc. However, the model has displayed some error messages so far...


Can anyone help to solve this problem? Thank you.

And I also wrote these commands in my run script, but it didn't work...


echo "use_init_interp = .true." >> user_nl_clm
echo "init_interp_method = 'general'" >> user_nl_clm
echo "check_dynpft_consistency = .false." >> user_nl_clm
